Program Manager, Amazon Now
Join our Amazon Now team as a Program Manager and directly shape how customers discover and purchase products. You'll drive meaningful improvements to product information, search performance, and the overall shopping experience by combining data analysis with cross-functional collaboration to solve complex operational challenges.
A Day in the Life
As a Program Manager for Amazon Now, you'll start your day by reviewing product listing accuracy and system performance metrics. You'll dive deep into data to identify root causes of product information defects, then collaborate with category specialists and technical teams to implement solutions and automation opportunities. Throughout the day, you'll analyze trends, highlight gaps in our processes, and recommend improvements to stakeholders across multiple business lines. You'll also work to influence cross-functional decisions by presenting data-backed insights and sharing best practices from successful initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure product listing accuracy by establishing and monitoring guidelines for new and existing products, working proactively to identify and resolve discrepancies that impact customer experience
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives by analyzing operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions that reduce manual work and improve reliability
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to establish efficient processes, standard operating procedures, and tools that enhance catalog management and support business goals
- Analyze data and communicate insights by building dashboards, publishing reports, and sharing relevant metrics and best practices across the organization to guide decision-making
- Manage stakeholder communication across multiple business lines regarding operational milestones, process changes, and escalations, ensuring alignment and transparency
Basic Qualifications
- Program or project management experience Proficiency with SQL and Advanced Excel (including array and statistical formulas)
- Experience using data to inform and influence business decisions Experience creating process improvements through automation and analytical methods
