A Day in the Life

In this role, you'll focus on creating a safe, efficient work environment where your team can thrive. You'll start your shift by reviewing operational metrics and forecasts, then move through your area identifying opportunities to enhance safety and streamline processes. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with your team members on order fulfillment, provide coaching and support to help them succeed, and work alongside other departments to address performance priorities like process readiness and training needs. You'll also analyze shift data and adjust resource allocation in real-time to meet our service commitments, ensuring we consistently deliver for our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities across your work area
- Lead, develop, and support your team to deliver high-quality service that meets customer expectations
- Oversee order fulfillment operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Communicate shift-related information and insights to management and operational teams to support informed decision-making
- Optimize labor allocation and resource planning throughout your shifts to meet operational forecasts and performance targets

Basic Qualifications

- Experience managing and leading teams
- Experience with performance metrics, planning, and process improvement methodologies
- UAE National with Family Book

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Experience with data analysis and interpreting operational metrics
