Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant based in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and healthcare policies.
· Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions, vital signs, and medical histories accurately.
· Administer medications, injections, intravenous therapies, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
· Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
· Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans.
· Monitor patient progress, identify changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly to the medical team.
· Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication management, preventative healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices.
· Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
· Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
· Prepare and maintain clinical equipment, treatment rooms, and medical supplies.
· Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing care when required.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and ongoing professional development.
· Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) regulations, healthcare standards, and organisational policies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
· Valid MOH Licence, MOH Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain MOH licensure to practise in Sharjah.
· Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
· Strong knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, clinical procedures, and nursing best practices.
· Excellent understanding of infection prevention, patient safety, and quality healthcare standards.
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
· Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
· Strong critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
· Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
· Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
