Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – Depending on Experience

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Collect, clean, validate, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.

·      Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using business intelligence tools.

·      Analyse business performance, customer behaviour, operational metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

·      Interpret data and present actionable insights to management and key stakeholders.

·      Design and automate regular reports to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

·      Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

·      Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

·      Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and predictive insights.

·      Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.

·      Support data governance initiatives by maintaining data quality standards and documentation.

·      Assist in developing forecasting models and business performance analyses.

·      Work with IT and business teams to improve data collection processes and reporting capabilities.

·      Stay up to date with industry best practices, analytical tools, and emerging technologies.

·      Perform additional analytical and reporting duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

·      Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.

·      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data modelling.

·      Experience using SQL for querying and managing databases.

·      Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualisation tools.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

·      Experience with statistical analysis and interpreting complex datasets.

·      Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly.

·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
