Data Analyst

We are looking for an Data Analyst based in Qatar.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Collect, clean, validate, and analyse large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

·      Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

·      Interpret complex data and present actionable insights to management and business stakeholders.

·      Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.

·      Design and automate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

·      Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular quality checks and validation processes.

·      Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and business initiatives.

·      Assist in developing data models, performance metrics, and business intelligence solutions.

·      Support database management, data governance, and compliance with company policies.

·      Work with IT and business teams to improve data collection processes and reporting systems.

·      Document reporting methodologies, business rules, and analytical processes.

·      Stay informed about emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

·      Perform additional analytical and reporting duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.

·      Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.

·      Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data analysis functions.

·      Experience using SQL to query, manipulate, and analyse relational databases.

·      Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

·      Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modelling principles.

·      Experience with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.

·      Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems is desirable.

·      Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

·      Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
