Supervisor

We are looking for an Supervisor based in Qatar.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned team to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.

·      Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

·      Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and departmental objectives.

·      Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support performance improvement initiatives.

·      Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.

·      Resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and employee queries promptly and professionally.

·      Prepare work schedules, manage attendance, and coordinate shift planning where applicable.

·      Monitor productivity, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing improvements where required.

·      Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and onboarding for new employees.

·      Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.

·      Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and effective communication.

·      Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

·      Support management with reporting, workforce planning, and business initiatives.

·      Perform additional supervisory and operational duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.

·      Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.

·      Proven experience managing teams and achieving operational and performance targets.

·      Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

·      Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.

·      Experience preparing reports, schedules, and performance metrics.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business or operational systems.

·      Customer-focused with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills.

·      Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
