Senior Sales Manager | Financial Services & Digital Assets | Dubai, UAE
We are partnering with a fast-growing regulated fintech infrastructure business operating across emerging markets and international corridors. The business is scaling its commercial team and is looking for a senior, commercially driven individual to own and grow its financial services and digital assets vertical.
This is a pure hunter role for someone who thrives on building markets, opening doors, and converting complex conversations into long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a high-value sales pipeline across financial institutions, fintechs, exchanges, FX providers, and digital asset businesses
- Drive new business from prospecting through to negotiation and signed commercial agreements
- Identify and engage senior stakeholders across banks, fintechs, OTC desks, and digital asset platforms requiring payment infrastructure or settlement solutions
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial deals aligned with margin, risk, and compliance requirements
- Work closely with internal partnerships, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Represent the business across industry events and key markets, building a strong external network
- Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Ideal Background:
- 8–12 years’ experience in B2B sales within financial services, payments, FX, banking, or fintech
- Strong exposure to blockchain, crypto, or digital asset ecosystems is essential
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, FX structures, and digital asset settlement
- Existing network across GCC, CIS, or global fintech and financial services markets
- Comfortable engaging at C-suite level with credibility and commercial authority
- Structured, disciplined, and data-driven approach to pipeline management
- Experience working in regulated environments is highly desirable
