We are looking for a Senior Architect for a government affiliated entity based in the UAE.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience, with 5+ years in senior architectural coordination and site roles.
• Strong UAE experience with local authorities and construction practices.
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design reviews and ensure compliance with the company’s design objectives and technical standards.
• Oversee consultant coordination and regulatory approvals during design stages.
• Supervise site architects and manage execution of architectural and fit-out works on site.
• Coordinate material selection, façade systems, and interior fit-out detailing.
• Engage with Sharjah authorities (Municipality, SEWA, Civil Defence) for permits and clearances.
• Support tendering activities including BOQ and specification review and subcontractor evaluation.
• Ensure quality control, mock-up validation, and adherence to IFC drawings during construction.
• Manage handover documentation, authority approvals, and DLP rectifications.
