Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties to clients across UAE
• Develop and maintain a strong database of prospective buyers and investors.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Present property offerings professionally and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and ensure compliance with UAE property regulations.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and provide exceptional after-sales support.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager, including pipeline status, forecasts, and closed deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Follow up promptly with inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand investment objectives and recommend suitable.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE real estate sales experience (plots, apartments, or brokerage).
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural team environment in Dubai and Sharjah.
