Business Development Manager | UAE
We are partnering with a fast-growing tech business seeking a true new business hunter to help accelerate their growth across the UAE.
This is a role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into long-term commercial partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a strong new business pipeline across the UAE
· Drive new client acquisition and develop long-term commercial relationships
· Engage with senior decision-makers across the hospitality and F&B sectors
· Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close
· Help businesses adopt innovative technology that enhances customer experience and streamlines operations
· Represent the business at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
· Identify new market opportunities and contribute to overall go-to-market strategy
Ideal Background:
· Proven B2B sales or business development experience
· Strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter mentality essential)
· Experience selling into hospitality, F&B, SaaS, payments, POS, or technology solutions highly desirable
· Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
· Self-motivated, commercially driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
· Ability to build something from the ground up and operate with high ownership
